Project 365 Day 81: Seafood Day

Project 365 Day 81: Seafood Day

DFO apparently had a big sale that weekend and since we cannot pass it up we were there that afternoon. But before going there, we went first to my favorite market: South Melbourne Market. I just love this market because though it is compact, it is filled with amazing stalls that you could absolutely lose yourself in. If my tummy has no limit, I think I can spend hours in there, hopping from stall to stall until I have already exhausted everything. My favorite stalls in there? Those stalls that offer fresh seafood such as oyster, sashimi and prawns which are served in trays and are eaten cold. After devouring fresh seafood I move on to another seafood stall that offers cooked seafood. Salt and Pepper Squid? Fish and Chips? Fried White Bait and Prawns? They surely have it all there. Just in these two stalls I can already lose myself and spend hours. Since our tummies only have limited capacities, we were already so full after eating at the two seafood stalls so with heavy bellies and a happy hearts we left the market and proceed to DFO. We did not buy much. We just mostly did window shopping and taking pictures along the wharf. It was such a beautiful and sunny day.
