Day 1: Swimming Refresher

March 16, 2014. It was indeed an awesome day today! I just realized that summer is now creeping in and what better way to spend it than to take a dip in the pool. We had a good swim this morning before hearing the Sunday mass and I am quite amazed that a lot of my muscles was really sore after the swim, which is great because now I know that I was able to exercise those this time around as these muscles are still not being utilized to their full potential! It took us about just an hour to swim around before our legs and lungs gave up! Talking about low endurance, which is actually the main reason I am here in the first place! I woke up at around 6 am today and I am still awake at this hour of the night which is very surprising since we had a great and strenuous workout earlier today yet I am still very energetic to boot! It is still too early to tell if the workout had something to do with this feeling but what I am now sure of is that I am very excited to come back to swim again one of these days. I could not anymore contain my excitement!
